these apartments should be condemned!!! the cabinets are rotting, the windows leak, and the carpets are lifting up and gross. nails are coming up from where the carpeting was supposed to be attached. bath tub was sinking due to such awful foundation problems. domestic violence abounded every corner. 2 apartment break-ins and car vandalizing. a few drug dealers with all sorts of different drugs. my dog & i can't take a walk without running into a ton of feral cats. security gates never worked. parking lot always flooded. very bad maintenance. the maintenance men are nice but don't know how to fix anything. NEVER followed through on any requests. no a/c for 3 MONTHS in the middle of SUMMER and during one month the heater wouldn't turn off for 2 days!! after a tree broke the window during a storm they didn't fix it for 2wks and refused to clean the carpeting that began to mildew. the office is not helpful AT ALL & all but one girl is extremely rude and condescending!! however the plus side is that if you were ever in need of an ambulance, police or fire person you can pretty much find one on the complex as their always being called upon! and my neighbor is convinced her apartment is haunted. (doors opening & things falling.) please believe me when i say we returned that place BETTER than the way we got it and DIDN'T GET OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!! heed my warning, these apartments are awful & SCARY! it hurt to pay them every month.
