I have been here 8 years. Although,I thought things had improved,violation and discrimination continued. All allegations of mismanagement and nastiness (retaliation,intimidation and discrimination),domestic violence,theft,drug trafficing,repair problems,pets left off leashes/not tagged or vaccinated, unsupervised children who will stay at your home up to 11 hours a day or create property damage or theft,are true. Check out on this sight how many sex offenders are in this area. I want you to know your tenant rights. Do not leave over night without addressing the problem through these means. Feel free to message me if you are in need of referral. Send your complaint via certified letter(with return receipt)to the owner,Harry Drought,whose address is on the link below. I've gone thru the ranks of management,left word and email to the owner.To no avail.

You may ask why I have been here so long' My son is in a special education program that has turned him around and is successful. I have had numerous offers for housing of which I refused due to his success in school. I am stretched financially and my disabilities react to the unending dramas. But,my son will finish and this will be over in time. I have one more year to endure. I pray I find somewhere that is safe, quiet and maintained.
