I have lived here for a while now and love it....I know that they are a little older but the staff is so friendly and Yes I have had a maintenance. problem and they fixed it...it took a day but it still was fixed and the manager Dana was so understanding and helpful...I already recommended this place....I think I will stay longer. I think people need to be understanding of the fact they are not the only ones who live in the complex and realize that things will happen.

You clearly work here. This review blog is for residents only, I've flagged this post for removal, please read the terms of service and use your head. On another thought, please check how many police reports for narcotics and assaults have been registered at this address(yes you can do that:) and you will definately want to reconsider putting yourself in harms way by living here.

I don't know what you are talking about. Dana is a b*tch who is very rude and not helpful at all. Maintenance is a joke and there were numerous drug busts when we lived there. If maintenance was any good they would have fixed the window screen that broke on our old apartment nearly 2 years ago. We went to see one of our old neighbors and we noticed it still wasn't fixed as of a month ago. You need to rethink your opinion of this crappy complex.

Most likely Dana or a criminal cohort of hers wrote this review. I have met this woman and she is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She will kiss the a** of Mr. Drought and anyone she works for who clearly pay her mafia money. Stay away from this place, it is crookedly owned!

BTW, to this day the window screens still have not been replaced.
