I've been living here since 09/2005 and I've been happy with my apt. I haven't had any problems with my neigbors and it's pretty quite at night....I rarely hear the people above me. I renewed my lease in 09/2006 but I only did a short term lease because they changed the pet policy to not allow pets anymore. I had to give up my dog to my parents until I find a place to live. My only problem has been getting the maintence to come after I've put in a request. Sometimes I have to call 4 or 5 times.
If it wasn't for the pet policy change I would continue to live here, great price for the amount of space I get...but I want my dog back!! :o(
