when i saw the apartment i liked it cuz of the features. but thats where it stops. i left the apartments in january and never got a deposit back. they said it would be done in 6 weeks, then they said someone forgot to file it so another 6 weeks, then they said i never turned in a deposit so im out 175 dollars. the pool is barely ever open and they say its cuz its being clean. i only had one work order the entire time and it got never filled. it was kind of a big deal because the sweeper under the front and patio door so theres like a quarter inch gap so all the cold air in my apartment was leaking out. I found out i wasnt the only apartment like that. i guess this is what you get with section 8 housing. honestly i just wanted to get out of there so badly i subletted my apartment without them knowing. management is a bunch of idiots. theres 12 buildings and over 600 units and only one small pool. and no gym
