This place looks like a dump compared to the townhomes and Connemara Apartments next door. Don't be fooled by the pictures! The only area of the complex that looks halfway decent are the offices and maybe the back. The buildings need tons of work and repair. The management also sucks. The manager is a former housekeeper of this complex, and she was hired as a manager when the former management left for better opportunities. She was only hired because she is so cheap, meaning that she doesn't spend a lot of money on the upkeep of this place, and uses very shoddy products and cleaning supplies. Also the management treats its residents like crap after six months of living here. They are so nice and accommodating at first, but after six months, you're on your own. Also, there is no security in this place. There is supposed to be a courtesy officer, but he is nowhere to be found. He's never been seen. Apartments are being robbed all the time and it's not being reported. Also, management doesn't screen its residents. I've seen some very suspicious activity going on in this complex. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could move, I would.

I'm not sure what part of the complex you live on, but I cannot agree with anything you are reporting here. Yes the place may need some exterior paint, but everything else is sound and functional. If anything is needed, the staff is quick to repair. Once the end of the metal stair railing came loose when the railroad ties were being replaced. I called and it was repaired the next day. Who cares what the manager used to do? I feel that her and the rest of the staff do a great and professional job managing this complex. Like I said in my review, I never had a change of attitude with any of the staff. I've also never felt threatened or felt the place lacks adequate security. I've also never heard of robberies. What kind of people get robbed and don't report it??? That doesn't make any sense. I also don't understand how you've stayed here so long (6 years) if you hate it so much?

And also just to add they are doing a full screen of leasing history and credit history, they are strict on who moves in.

To Apt702: About the robberies- They have been reported to the police and the apartment management. But management does not inform residents of the robberies. And, like I said, if I could move, I would. I can't afford to move right now. Why don't you learn to read correctly? Also , you said "I've also never felt threatened or felt the place lacks adequate security." Well, while walking by the office, I just heard the assistant manager say to a resident that this apartment complex does not have security because they are not allowed to for some reason. To anonymous- you're probably the manager or assistant manager. You have to say that.

To iwantomove2006- if you worried about your finances half as much as you do about this post and responses, maybe you would have enough money by now to move out. Hope you've moved out by now! Good riddance. It's people like you who have only negative things to say that make the community go down, because in turn, people like YOU end up not caring about your surroundings. I love this place, staff and especially my neighbors, I'm sure you're no where near my apt, thank God.
