Lived here almost (6) years now. When I first moved here it was extremely quiet, so quiet that it was eerily uncomfortable and that's a good thing. As the area changed and more businesses sprouted up, so did the crime in the area. This is usual for any growing city. My living experience here has been very pleasant, not to say there hasn't been a couple of issues pop-up with neighbors, dogs, vandalism, etc. I adore my manager Anna who has taken very good care of me. The maintenance supervisor Dale can fix anything and is very professional and friendly. The area has everything to offer; banks, food, [3] main freeway corridors [281,35,1604]; easy access to the airports, malls and parks. Every complex has some element of concerns with residents, but the management here takes concerns very serious and investigates fairly. One minor complaint that I have would be the onsite security, don't know who he is, but the times I need him for an issue in my area the answering service could never find him. The complex is undergoing a major spruce up job with pressure washing and painting all exteriors. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.
