We moved into the new phase when they were brand new in 2000. I absolutely loved the property, interior, good location, nice pool, nice mgmt & maintenance. The only big problem I had was when my car got broken into one night & my CD player faceplate was stolen, then I came to find out that several other cars had been broken into that same night. Apparently it is a big recurring problem there. If it weren't for that incident I would recommend Stoneybrook to everyone, because until then I loved it. From what I understand now they are charging $200 more per month on that new floorplan since we lived there in 2000, but if the security issues still exist then I don't see how it would be worth the money to live there. If you have a nice car look elsewhere.
