The complex offers many amenities but the staff is horrible and moving out is a nightmare. My apartment was very clean when I moved out... they kept my $150 deposit plus charged me another $100. In all other apartments that I have lived in, I recieved my full deposit back. The staff sent a bill to me but not to the other individual that was on the lease. Even though they had my forwarding address, they sent the bill to my address at thier apartment complex, so it took over a month for the bill to get forwarded to me. When questioned, the staff gave me some bs excuses and then eventually apologised. The traffic on warsbach/timberhill intersection is horrible from 4-6pm and the intersection on Ingram is horrible during high shopping times (like Christmas) because of the mall. The access gates were broken half of the time that I lived there and the computer room was only open for the first 2 months that i lived there, then the rest of the time, they were "fixing the computers". They did fix any apartement repairs in a timely manner, but a peice of exersice equipment, along with a button on the tv, in the gym were broken the entire time that I lived there. Good things: they keep the grounds clean, there is a very nice pool and walking path, and you get reserved parking spots. bad for me, good for some, there are alot of children living here.
overall, i do not recommend living here.
