This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. I would only recommend this place to my very worst enemy. It looks great, until you move in. You then realize they are all about money. I never owned a pet but when I moved out they said the carpet had a pet odor, so they had to deflea, treat, and replace the carpet and charged me for all of the above. They lied about how many nail holes were in the wall, they made stuff up to get money on their lease.
And if you have to break your lease...forget it. I had to move to keep my job they didn't care. They basically told me I had to give them $1500-$1600 in 15 days or it didn't matter.
They will screw you in anyway they can. If the cops have to be called for any reason they will charge you $100.00 per visit, plus the fee of the security guard, whom you will rarely see, for the night.
Don't get roped in, their rates raise each day, if you put a deposit down, forget about getting it back...they actually charge you to move out! Oh and they like to mow and pretend they are cutting the bushes at 7 or 8 in the morning. The bushes are wasp infested. The worst apartment complex ever.
