Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   I'm so disappointed in the bad comments I have read below. I myself as a tenant who has transferred on property know that when you give them notice, they also give you a set of m-out instructions, which is more than other properties do. They also prefer to do the m-out inspection with you in case you have any questions. But yes, if you do not do what they ask from you upon m-out, you will be charged. (Seems reasonable to me, after all it is a business). As for the staff and maintenance they're AWESOME! They know you by name and treat everything as an an emergency. I love the amenities and the location is great. I also have a preferred employee discount! I would recommend this property to anyone!!
