Very uptight about appearances - STAY AWAY

Management is slow to respond to work orders, sometimes taking over a week. Picky about keeping porches clean, even if they aren't easily visible from ground!
Within the lease, apparently they can command you to REPAINT YOUR CAR for overall appearances. This cost a friend of mine $600, completely unrelated to anything that benefited the complex. My car has also been broken into. They are also very tow-happy about visitor cars. There is no one-time warning system.
They seem to enjoy gouging the tenants upon moving out. Problems that were reported, work orders that were filed, all things that were promised would not be counted against a tenant because it was not their fault- all lies. Management is extremely tightfisted about security deposit, and in most cases will demand money on top of it. Two of my friends, upon moving out, were forced to pay $1700 and $800 on TOP of security deposits.
I do NOT recommend this place.
