I have never lived in a worse complex. They are the most two faced people you have ever met. As soon as they have your signature they turn into blood sucking leeches. Don't live here.. if it comes between living here and living in a cardboard box... Seriously consider the cardboard box! I am moving ASAP. They have no respect for anything but the dollar bill, please live anywhere but here, don't support this complex.

I am in the military with what some might say a fanatical respect for the flag... I merely informed them, very nicely, that a US flag needs to be illuminated at night if they don't take it down... then the 4 month (so far) "war" has ensued with them refusing to show proper respect. They called me a liar, and basically treated me like crap. But when I finally got it thru, then they suddenly were nice, and apologetic. Yet the still won't fix the problem.
They will simply look for the best way to screw you, do it, and then do it again. Everything that is done here benefits one thing: the EXTREME greed of Stonybrook.

Oh yeah, my friend moved in, and he was told that his car was OK to be parked in the complex, then 6 months later, all of a sudden he is forced to park outside because the condition of his car is not consistent with the "image of Stoneybrook".
There is also something in the leae that says you can't talk bad about Stonybrook apparently... the only reason that's there is because they had problems... they'll kick you out the fist chance they get, and charge you out the nose for it... Enjoy!
