Strict parking rules, balcony rules, noise rules, pet rules, what you can and can't do, what you can and can't say. The office staff is rude, you can stand in the front area waiting forever if you don't say something to get their attention. Maintenance was ok, had issues with parking. Some putz parked in my space, but couldn't get it towed cuz it was after office hours and the security guard had the night off. I think he only worked 1 or 2 nites a week. But my car - clean, brand new, parking sticker in place, and registered in their office, got towed out of my own parking spot during the day. They claimed it had no parking sticker, but it was clearly visible at the impound lot. No, they didn't apologize or pay me for the tow. I have (still) digital photos of the car in the impound with the sticker showing, but they didn't care. I count myself lucky, I managed to get out of there with a $20 refund from my security deposit. Most are charged for rediculous repairs, repaintings (which they are supposed to do anyways), I've heard of folks being charged for carpet replacement even though it was scheduled for routine replacement by the management, some folks get pet cleaning charges even though they had no pets. I got charged for steam cleaning carpets, even though they told me I could get it done myself just show receipt, they ignored that I turned in the receipt and had it done anyway.
They suck, they're rude, they're greedy. The military didn't even have this many rediculous rules! They were charging 550 when I got there, which was high for as small as it was. Should have been 500 max. After 12 months they told me it was going up to 615. LIke hell if I was gonna pay 65 more for something that should have been 50 cheaper. Now the same apt is at about 650 or 665. Stay away, there are bigger apts for much less. Why pay 2 br prices for a 1br layout!
