Fails at even being Faux Posh From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The management are dirt. General living they take care of well enough on move in. Responding to repairs and upkeep maintenance took weeks which is deplorable when your kitchen light fixture needs repairs...cooking in the dark. After you move in they don't care about you unless your rent is late. They forced a friend to get his car painted or they were going to evict him. Claimed it wasn't asthetically pleasing. Asthetically pleasing can be defined thousands of ways' WTF! When it comes to finances and moving out. They make up charges to hit you with. They have the worst contract wording ever. It is incredibly vague and they got $400 more on moveout because of that. One friend moved out and they charged him pet damages claiming the carpet edges were pulled him by a cat. (He had farrets and they don't pull up carpet.) He didn't argue because he had pets without a deposit...but still the point is they pushed false charges. My wife had her care raked by the exit gate as she was leaving the apartments...the apartment didn't effect repairs. They told her to basically piss off. Afterwards they put up a stop sign and a video camera(Which btw doesn't actually film anything.) She wanted a copy of the tape and they couldn't provide one.
