04/17/2007 - The management at Stoneybrook has changed! They are good at getting you to move in but once you're moved in they treat you unfairly. They come up with excuses as to why they can't fix things in your apartment... AC THERMOSTAT, TOILETS, ect. IF YOU ARE BRAVE ENOUGH TO MOVE IN... make sure when you have things shipped to you that you ship them to another address outside of Stoneybrook. The office will accept your package during the day but if you get home after 6pm and go to work at 7am... you will never get your package.
THE CARS IN THE PICTURES DO NOT BELONG TO THE APARTMENT THEY ARE IN FRONT OF!
THE MAILBOXES ARE FAR FROM YOUR APARTMENT!
THERE ARE MIRRORS IN THOSE "CLUB HOUSE" PICTURES so they are not as good as they seem!
NOT ALL APARTMENTS ARE BY THE POOL!
THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WELL INSULATED SO YOU LOSE HEAT AND AIR!
THE PICTURES MAKE THIS APARTMENT LOOK GOOD... but it is located in a low income area and surrounded by FLOOD PLAINS!
