Horrible Management Nightmare!!! From: gabe3229@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived at Stoneybrook Apartments for a little over a year. I have lived in two different apartments besides this one and never experienced the HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I have with Stonybrook!!! THE MANAGER IS THE RUDEST PROPERTY MANAGER I HAVE MET SO FAR. She doesn't have a clue what the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is. I personally am in property management and I'm suprised she is actually in MANAGEMENT! I do not believe she is management material because she is SO RUDE! I AM AN EXCELLENT TENANT. I have NEVER been late on rent. My first incedent was when I had a question in january about renewal. My lease was up and I called and spoke with the Manager. This was five mintues before the office closed. I called to ask was what the rate was for a month to month contract verses renewing my six month lease. Which I thought was a fairly basic question. This was my 2nd attempt to get this information. The other leasing agent I spoke with before that never called me back as she said she would. She told me she could not give me a month to month rate, she could only provide that to me when I signed a month to month lease. The Manager had the nerve to tell me that she had to go and get her son from school and she had to hang up on me while I was still talking. She did not tell me she would look into this matter and call me back. She just hung up!!! I feel that is already unprofessional Management!! I let that roll off my back because I was very busy. I went ahead and renewed my 6 month contract . My next incedent was when my car alarm went off and my car would not start. I parked by the gym to work out and thats where it wouldn't start. I called my insurance and the tow truck was going to move the car from that parking spot to the dealership later that evening. That morning I called the front office to let them know what was going on. Again I got to speak with the very unprofessional Manager. She told me that it didnt matter that she is very busy and could still have the car towed whenever she wanted. She would not even work with me and my situation. I had to take off work and move the car manually. Since she has been the Manager here, the office has gone down the toliet! I am counting down the days until the lease is up! In summary I am really dissatisfied with the professionalism of my Apartment Manager! She has really let me down when I needed a helping hand. I have been a very good tenant and always paid my dues on time. I really do not appreciate the rudeness I have recieved from my nasty Office Staff. Sincerely A Very unhappy Tenant!
