these crooks are the worst of the worse when it comes to nickel and diming you out of every penny....thank goodness my husband got deployed so we could move out of this hell hole..since the first week we moved in it has been a total nightmare from the fireants in every room to the centipedes,my daughter would have about ten ant bites on her legs and body from ants crawling in her bed every week....then there was the day my husband open his drawer and found hundreds of ants not sugar ants huge black and red fire ants...then there was the a/c or should i say lack of a/c in our master bedroom...we asked about getting it fixed but their response was that it was an old apartment and there was nothing that could be done about it.....if you work at night don't even think about trying to sleep on....every friday they get a landscaping crew to get their weed whackers and leaf blowers and lawnmowers right next to your window...ALL DAY LONG!! oh and did i forget to mention that the main road to get to the apartments is a low water crossing under heavy construction and floods with just the slightest bit of rain so it gets closed off frequently and the only other way is a detour all the way around grissom and bandera thru all the mid day traffic....they failed to mention this before we moved in aparently they had no clue that they were constructing a bridge over the low water crossing...then when you move out they will get every cent they can out of you...$171 to paint the apartment after you leave.. they will charge you for the months before you moved in x the last time it was painted and they'll also charge you to clean the leaves that build up from the bushes and trees by your patio after you have left! they'll also charge you for your parking stickers,access cards that you already had to pay $15 for when you first move in..if you don't give then back
