Stoneybrook Apartments

Most of these reviews are right... From: sa_resident84 Date posted: 10/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was only at these apartments for 6 months before I could take it anymore. I'm surely glad I got a short term lease because things went downhill after moving in. Besides random noises at night to keep you awake (firecrackers going off), the staff seems to have a high roll over rate and will lie to you just to satisfiy you. I moved out and left an extra prorated check for the last month on good faith (because they couldn't find the first one) then they made up so many cleaning charges that it equaled my security deposit the prorated check. Coincidence' Yeah right. About maintenance, if you have to call about something more than three times you might as well forget it getting fixed. Numerous problems arose such as no water or pumping sewage to fix a problem at 11pm next to your bedroom window. They are surely better places than here. I thought these other reviews were wrong when I moved it but most of them became truth.
