FOLLOW THE RULES and you won't have any trouble !!!!! From: slsionm Date posted: 2/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I am a current resident. We have been here for 7 months. The maintnence staff has been awesome to us. We moved in just before our wedding. They have a rule where if you live on the top floor they must install your washer and dryer to make sure it's done correctly. I only had 4 days before we flew to our destination wedding and freaked out that we wouldn't have enough clothes. They called someone in on the second day to do only my apt because it was rated as low on the priority list and wouldn't be done in time after I explained the situation. They do have a lot of rules and they take them VERY seriously which is great if you follow them and horrible if you think it's ok to blare your music, park in someone elses spot or otherwise do what you got away with at other apartments. The rules are expliained in the very long lease you sign when you move in and are included in a packet they give you at the same time because no one really reads their lease. The BIG DIFFRENCE is the rules are enforced here. They switch out the gate guard if he is too leninent with someone else (we liked our old gate guard but understand...) and neighbor complaints are handled promptly. The only problem we have had is with a staff member who wasn't turning in our maintnence request. It seemed to be taking a long time for a simple request so while in the office picking up a package, I asked about it. Turns out, the girl I was talking to about it was the one who took the request and remembers she never put it in.... WHAT'''' She then "took it again" and it was not what I was asking for at all! The maintnece man came, left a note saying he didn't understand what I wanted and asked that I clerify so he could fix it the next day, which he did. I then called the office and told them what was going on. I haven't seen that girl since....
