Great location, Great Size, Bad Customer Service

I love the apartments themselves, however I hate the management of this place! It is terrible. $50 late fee is assessed even if your rent was paid a few hours after the cutoff time (meaning if whoever opens the next day after the 1st does not have it in the drop box when she gets in). Maintenance sometimes takes a bit too long. The fitness center is tiny and always full. The computers are always in use by teenagers screwing around and half the time they don't work. Hoodlums have recently moved in as well. The rules are all put in the lease and there are many, as one reviewer stated, which is all good, however some things are just outrageous. Such as you're not allowed to keep anything other than patio furniture on the patio, I understand it's not a storage area and makes the place look ghetto if uncontrolled, however your kids' bike is not a big deal, after all , it's not like these places have a storage area. To top it off the re-leasing is a pain, the deal is a take it or leave it, go ahead and bend over while you're at it type of deal. Good luck trying to change from one plan to another, you will be paying a new app fee & deposit as well, which is F'd up! O'well this is just one more good tenant these F'd up people will be losing because of their stupidity and lack of customer serice skills.
