I'm currently a tenant here and love the apartment. It's very spacious and makes you feel right at home. However there are other things which have made me make the decision to move. The management team is very unprofessional. One time I forgot to drop off my rent on the first and when I called on the 2nd, the girl on the phone got all sassy with me and said to add $50 for it being late because rent was due on the 1st, not on the 2nd. They could never fix or input my correct information in their database for the gate code. The one thing I did like was the maintenance team. They are very nice and courteous. If and when I submitted a work order they would fix right away. One time they took like a week, but it was because the girl I submitted the order to never actually submitted it. Another thing, we live in a 3 bedroom and when we moved in we were told we could get upto 3 free parking spaces because it was a 3 bedroom. A few months passed and then they bagan to charge us for a 3rd parking space. When we tried to dispute it, they said the girl that told us that had been let go so they made us start paying for the 3rd space. Make sure you look around before you decide to move into this place, I literally only moved in because we came in on a really good rate, but if we would of known how the management team was and the crazy fees they charge, we would of never moved in.
