I was real glad to be moving here at first, the staff wsa real nice. Now that I am here and the have my money, they are not as nice. I guess they figure they don't have to be since they have already reeled me in. I have had a lot of things break in my apartment. The office staff doesn't seem to care. An aplogly would be nice if the same thing constantly is breaking. When I see the staff out on the property you think they would make eye contact and say "hello". I guess the are too good to interact with tennants. I am very unhappy with my apartment. I pay way too much money for an apartment that keeps breaking down. It has been so bad with things breaking down that I have to stay else where while things are being fixed.

I currently live in Stoneybrook Apts and I have had a terrible time since I have been here. They are by far not curtious at all, anytime you present an issue to them it is almost like they are waiting for your phone call because their equipment on these apts are constantly breaking. My AC has gone out 5 times since Oct of 2007 and we are in June of 08. Please Dont RENT from this property I urge you not too please. BUY A HOME if possible !!!!!!!
