I am currently living at these apts --when we moved in there was a HUGE red stain on the carpet they had to call out the cleaners a total of 3 times before we moved in. The Apartment was ok a little expensive if you ask me but we needed a place to go. The area is not all that great, TRAFFIC IS HORRIBLE. They say about the security but they are rarely ever there and when they are there are 2 that talk on the phone morning noon and night! There is 1 security that is in kahoots w/ the valdilisim that is going on there. They try to enforce rules but dont! --there are tons of cars w/ no stickers and still remain there along w/ broken down cars in their carports. My cabinets are lobsided --which they were when we moved in but they CLAIMED to have fixed them. The light fixtures in the RR came off and I called someone out there and they just placed it back, you can still see where its detached. I got a notice that I had non-patio stuff on my patio. Well shoot after looking over the lease; the tenants above me had a propane grill, the residents below a reg grill --the apt building across had all kinds of junk on the patio. So I told them if you ticket me you need to ticked all the others --we never got a notice after that. They don't give a flip about the tenants above you (we live on the 2nd floor). Their kids run up and down morning noon and night --even at 4am! I've called time and time again becuase it sounds like someone is murdering someone up there and throwing eachother around. We hear all their yelling and everything. My 1 year old doesn't even run and jump as much as their kids do and they are all school age!!!! I guess its all about the staff and they SUCK! The playground is also NASTY they have wild mushrooms that grow and no one ever goes out to tear them out or put meds down --they will give kids fungus! that's why we don't go to it. Also, they promote a walking trail --a few weeks ago they found someone back there passed out --I wonder how long they took to find the person. ITs scary back there if you get murdered or acosted no one will ever know! The actual apt is not that bad but I promise I will not be renewing my lease.
