Now their trying to charge us for normal wear and tear on the apartment plus the keys that they wouldn't nicely take from my husband when he went in to turn them in....the you-know-what ignored him and walked away! We were never able to schedule a walk through of the apartment, we left the place pretty pristine and in good condition and they are charging us to replace the carpet and paint'' We didn't have animals and we hardly even put things up on the walls(the paint was peeling when we moved in and had hair stuck in it).
****Plus when I was alone at home with my 5 month old, I started heating up the oven (first time) and the whole thing caught on fire. THERE WAS NO FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THE APARTMENT. Luckily I had baking powder, but the excuse was that they were "grandfathered" in to the law in which they had to provide one....But they don't tell you that when you move in!!!!

am trying to find out how many people they have screwed if you look at this it is a constant trend of of the same complaints and this is only the ones that post something please contact me am trying to get as many people on this matter as i can so i can file a complaint with the military bases in san antonio and i can be placed as an off limits establishment so the military will not get screwed. shiryujk@hotmail.com write Stoney under subject
