Were do I begin. My cars has been broken into 4 times! Where's the security that is so highly touted in the brosure' The Apartments look pretty good; if you live in the front units. The back units, were I live, are not tended to much at all. Extremely high turn-over, you can smell the weed that about a 1/4 of the tenents smoke! They tell you in the beginning about their high vehicle appearance standards, yet I see hoopdies galore in this place! In fact, there are several that haven't moved in many months! Maintanence is a joke. These people will come into your apartment unannouced with ficticious work orders. All of my wifes jewelry, all my watches, and surround speakers just disappeared one day. Our door was locked and we live on the third floor! Management didn't give a damn, said their employees couldn't have done it because they had no record of a work order and they have to sign out a key to the apartment. This is a lie and furthermore, they have one master key that will access all of the units! My car was towed even though it was parked in MY assigned slot!' They tried to say I didn't display my apt sticker in the window, but even the photo the tow co. took you can clearly see it on the passenger side of the windshield! Also, there was vandalism in the fitness room/clubhouse and I received a bill. I then proceeded to go to the office and demanded that I be allowed to view the video, as they said it was my children. Initially, I was told the video wasn't available, but through persistance I was finally allowed to see it. WASN'T MY CHILDREN IN THE VIDEO VANDALISING!!!''' They sort of said sorry but guess what, I still kept receiving a bill for a broken door knob in the clubhouse!!! Why' They stated that although the video didn't show my kids were the ones vandalising, they were seen in the clubhouse sometime that day, so we have to pay for it'''!!! WTF kind of logic is that' You will never know if a package arrived for you. No notice on the door, not even a courtesy call. We had no microwave and no dishwasher for over a year!!! They finally fixed it and the dishwasher proceeded to leak all over the kitchen floor everytime you try to use it. They say it must be something we are doing wrong. I guess it takes a skilled craftsman to operate a basic dishwasher.....Bathroom faucets fell apart after about 4 months, the toilet handles/assemblies are the cheapest known to mankind and continually fall apart even after they've been replaced twice! The walls are so thin I can actually hear my neighbor behind me SNORING!!! I can understand people stomping around or yelling being heard in an apt complex, but to hear someones snoring a first for me...Management is rude, abrasive and condescending. They act as if they are doing you a favor by letting live at Stoneybrook. Remember people, Apartment Management works for YOU, not the other way around. This place is atrocious and I strongly urge you to look elseware. Also, you might as well not even call it a "Security Deposite" It's more like a foregone conclusion from the start that you will never see that $ again......

----The higher turnover the better it is for their business. They get monthly payment deposit plus all kinds of move out charges every month :((((( This is why they don't really care for the tenants. The sooner you move out the sooner they get your move out money :(( ----Car burglary is getting worse at this place. I am one of the victims too. I had to spend $$$ on repairs and install additional security for $$$. ----The swimming pools are dirty. 2 pools have broken filter pumps. The water is stale, and they keep adding chemicals that absorb and attract dirt. But then instead of vacuuming all that nasty dirt they let people in. The water gets stirred up and it is cloudy. If you want to check it out place your hand over the hole where water shoots into the pool - you will not feel any movement. This means all the urine, hair, and skin particles stay in the water. ----The maintenance is fast, but not all of them are qualified. Some guys keep fixing things all over again, but the things keep breaking all over again. We had air conditioner leak, but the maintenance kept saying it is dirty coils. Finally we convinced them that if the gas keeps disappearing from the unit it is a leak, but not the coils. Finally they fixed it. ----If you can rent, or better own, a house - do it.
