The floorplans are large and it's not too expensive. Although, the exterior is not very well maintained and looks old and shady. The interior looks like maintenance slaps a bandaid on things that are broke instead of actually fixing them.... if they even get around to doing that. There are holes in the walls that you can see even after they tried to patch them up. The toilets don't always flush on the first try. It's a huge mess. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. The only thing they have going for them is the large floorplans and the really professional and polite service from the girls in the office.
