I agree with the previous reviews of this complex. The Girls are nice in the office, but the maintenance people slap bandaids on big problems. If you are young, and need to build credit then the Startford will be a good place to start. Don't sign a lease no longer than six months. The complex can get loud at times, but is not so bad 80% of the time. If you are a hard working individual such as ourselves then the Startford isn't for you long term.
