This place is horrible!!!! We moved here sight unseen and from the advice of an apartment locator. I don't know what she was smoking when you referred us to this dump! We pay almost $900 for this place. It's not a well kept complex at all. You can't get repairs done in a timely manner, management sucks, and there are a lot of people living here who are not that bright. We have had so many problems with people hanging out in the parking lot talking and drinking. People sit on our cars and have parties. The apartments are really OLD, and not that well kept. The sinks are putty all around them (i guess this was an attempt to repair them). The toilets don't flush half the time, and the walls are paper thin. There are several cars that are not in working condition and are sitting in the parking lot. There are several tenants who have foil on their windows for curtains, as well as blankets hanging on the windows. The dumpsters are always overflowing, and not to mention the grafitti. I invite you to come out during the day and take a tour. You will run as fast as you can.
