My husband and I came to check out these apartments very recently. We've lived on an AIMCO property and it was nice, so we thought about these. We were waiting in the office about 15 before we were even acknowledged. About 10 minutes after that we were helped. I'm not exagerating. The young man that helped us, was strictly business, not friendly, but knowledgable. A manager type came out while we were waiting, but didn't even look in our direction. The rent is super cheap, but there must be a reason. You always get what you pay for. They're huge too. Big, big apartments. While the young man was helping us we were interrupted by a resident whose car had been broken into the very night before. Not a good first impression. We are definitely not moving in there, but don't be discouraged. Another AIMCO property, Mesa Ridge, is our choice. The staff is wonderful and professional. We don't live there yet, moving in July 1, but it's very beautiful. It's a little higher on the rent, but like I said, you always get what you pay for.
