I lived here for about a year and a half. Management was often replaced, there were 3 different managers in the time I was there. The last 6 months I was there the noise level was so ridiculous. I called the police a total of 5 times. When I informed the management about the problem they offered no solution. The good thing about the complex is that it's cheap and has quick access to the highways. Oh another bad thing about the complex, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing! There are a lot of "night owls" at the complex hence my 5 calls to the police (Does no one work - people were up talking and drinking on a weekday at 3am). The maintenance came out to fix problems promptly so there were no issues on that end. Like most apartments the fitness center is very limited (only about 4 pieces of equipment - 2 of which actually work).
