I would rather live at the SAMM's Shelter than live at this complex. Yes the apartments are spacious and the price is not bad, but that's where it ends. First off the Managment....well it's like talking to brick walls. Recently a domestic disturbance occured, that involved a hostage situation and a gun. It made the evening news. However, three weeks later the managment still has not written a letter to the rest of it's tennants. How down right un-professional. For all we know those people could still be living here. As far as the apartment it self, well if your allergic to ants don't bother. There are ants everywhere you turn around. They say they exterminate but that is very doubtful. There are even ants in the mail room. To the sides you here everything, the daily routine your neighbors have. And above you it's as if a herd lives up top. The paint job sucks in the apartment and the sherock is falling. The reason we have a problem with parking is beacuase the lots are full of junk cars with expired inspection stickers. Like I said talking to the managment is useless. It's hard to remember that I live in a good part of San Antonio. TO me this apartment is worse than probably living on the west side of town. Oh yeah and by the way don't let the maintance people come in when you are not there. You can only guess why!!!!
