I am a resident here at the stratford on Medical Dr, a resident that is waiting for my lease to be up, which will be in a couple months, thank god! This place is a joke! To the ones that noted in their reviews...The office people are nice, are you sure you were at the right office, you better double check.

Because the people we have here in this one are nothing but unhelpful, know need to call and ask them any questions, your answer will be the same everytime...ummm, I'm not sure, umm I don't know.

Definitely don't waste your time getting to know them by name, there will be a different manger, associate...the next time you call or stop in the office.

Also, if you happened to notice thier ammoties listed, says club house, I have yet to see a club house here.

The pools are always nasty, the gates to the pool and the entry way are always broken so they simply put a chain around it opposed to fixing the problem...let's commend the wonderful maintenance men here!! If you come take a tour, take a look at the beautiful tennis court, that is if you never really have intentions of playing a game of tennis, and just plan to let your dog run around crapping all over it, but you will only be provided that opportunity if your mother works in the office, otherwise its a no no.

I havent had the pleasure of cold water in my bathroom since the day I moved in, nor have I had a refrigerator that the door shuts all the way.

Oh, and you will have ample trash disposal, just throw it down out on the beautiful landscaping, it just means less mowing for the maintanence men.

As you can see, many have taking advantage of this great trash resource.

Do your self a favor before moving here, come take a look for yourself.....
