I am so scared of living in these apartments all kinds of weird things happen around night time like the maintenence employee guy , I beleive he is the manager anyhow his name is adopho he peeps through my window at night, I confronted him about it a couple of days ago and he just laughed about it.
He is really perverted, and when I told the manager, I was told to not worry about it.
I am going to go straight to aimco which is the management company and let them know how disorganized and how perverted their employees are.
Also the B*IT*C*H from the office yolanda has no care whatsoever in this world for anyone.
I personally think shes screwing around with both of those guys thats why she was so defensive when I came in to speak with the manager.
Whatever you do don't move in here, Thankfully my lease expires May 31, I was going to transfer but I will be moving to another apartment for sure now

Ok, I also live here in this Hell Hole and noooooo clue that it was this serious. My roommates and I are both terrified to stay here but to know that an employee of the damn property has the freedom to peak in tenants' windows without any disciplinary actions taken on him is F****** ridiculous. We can not wait either to move away from this God-awful place. We've had problems with ol' girl from the office too and you're right she has no discretion for any of the tenants, she tries her best to just get rid of you so she wont have to deal with your problems. And the apartments are horrible on top of that. Old appliances, bad plumbing and less than praiseworthy property maintennance adds to the long list of grips. And to learn they have the nerve to raise the rent. I feel your pain "Current-Terrified Resident",please stay safe.
