I continuously have problems that need to be fixed and the maintenance people/management take forever to respond and come fix them... I mean FOREVER! Sometimes they don't even come to fix the problems, so you have to continuously fill out maintenance forms for them to even hear you! This is downright appalling and I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex. The management/maintenance team are pathetic and will lie to you about fixing problems with a smile on their face. They will act like they have never heard of the problems you are having even after you have told them about it numerous times! The people in the front office are just trying to get their commission after you sign your lease. After they get their commission, they could care less about you or any problems that you are having in your apartment. Besides that, the walls in the apartment are thin which means you can hear just about any loud conversation or music playing in other apartments beside you. If you like to play your television a little above normal in volume, this apartment complex is not for you because you will probably get your neighbors upset.
