i have been a resident here at the stratford for 3 years, upto this past year it has been a very nice place to live. the staff they now have, the manager especially, has ruined the nice community this once was. they shame aimco's name. if you have any issues you would like to discuss, do not bother they don't care to hear them, and if you call residence relations you will get kelly who will not let you talk, then threaten to hang up on you if you try to, how proffesional is that' aimco is losing alot of tenants this year including us, do not move here i promise you will regret it

Don't talk to her go talk to the maintenance guys they are wonderful and i think they would help you. Good Luck! I have been here for 3 years as well and the only reason we stay is because of the maintenance crew.
