I signed my lease 1 week ago and I gotta say I really enjoy it here. First of all, neighbors are great! My 3 yr old already made friends!! We got an awesome townhome for an amazing price!! Great location. Just a stone throw away from the pool, office, tennis court and fitness center (which is not open yet). I love that there are so many windows in every room... it gives this place a homey feeling. There are a few downsides but very minimal. 1. Parking is limited (if you get home too late you are probably parking kinda far) 2. The lock to my door seemed to not work; the key got stuck and eventually broke!! (kinda major but taken care of as soon as I complained). Other than that the grounds seem to be maintained well, management has been super cool (Angel and Ben), and the weather has been awesome since we moved, perfect for having my windows open; icing on the cake!! Another thing I like is that during the day, the gates are open but at night (when they are more needed) they are closed and require a code.
I was scared to lease b/c of all the bad ratings. I will update in a few months. I don't see why ppl complain so much. I've walked around the complex a few times and people are just chill. Luv it.

why because i said "chill" lol Ive learned that people mostly complain when they are wrong or upset and i do not agree that Ben and Angela are not awful they probably were only doing thier job and you did not agree with what they had to say sorry for you

This is crap, this place sucks. The people in the leasing office don't care about their residents, they care about their commissions.

you either work for them or some kind of relations with them or even related, because if they jump for you and i have to keep asking them to fix my problems then something going on
oh and I don't live here anymore in a waaaaayyyyyy better apartment now, and as for ben he can kiss my a**

I complain long and loud about this place and I wasn't a troublemaker. I kept to myself, paid my rent (maybe late sometimes due to work) and asked for things to be fixed when they should. 1 person complaining might be a troublemaker. A dozen or more then maybe there's a real problem and it isn't the tenants.
