I recently moved in from out of state and I love it. There are a few things that are old but the complex was built in 1980's so you kinda pay for what you get. I looked all in the area and for the price it was the best option. The gates always work. I do see a few small cracks here and there. But if you know anything about the weather in this town, you would understand about the ground moving and adjusting because of the rain/drought. All the management lives on site so they also want it to be nice. I have a dog and they have plenty of pet stations for pet owners to use. And beware if you do get caught not picking up after them you will get charged $25, I did. Yes I did see a skunk, but they also trap them and have them picked up. San Antonio is growing so fast sometimes they get stuck in the residential area. Just like the deer, I was shock to see one dead down the street, but then again it is Texas. Some comments on here just ------- away, But some people don't have anything else better to do but complain.

This is interesting. You just moved here, right? What a coincidence that I just sent an e-mail to the office about seeing someone push thier way thru the front Exit gate the other night ~ then here you are saying how the gates always work. ????? Also in my e-mail were observances that the fence-line on both sides of the property have breaches as well.
I have lived here for longer than I would have liked, however, finances and health reasons do not support me being able to move at this time. I usd to be very active in this community and was dismissed by the management you find so "nice".
Since entering my own rating of this community, my veficle has been vandalized and I have had to endure comments like yours from people who don't have a clue or a concern about what a "good" community should be like. BTW, I praise when it is deserved and I complain when it is deserved. Either way, there are solutions to the problems here ~ just that management is apparently incapable of providing them. I do not complain because I have nothing better to do.
