We were off to a bad start from the begining. We spoke to the assistant manager at the time and she quoted us a 3 bedroom at $720. When we went to sign the lease it was $750. Her response was, "oops, the rent went up for everyone last month I must have forgot. It's only $30." Hot and not in the mood to argue we agreed. Our refrigerator broke and the part we needed was not available for 3 days, they recommended "only opening the fridge door when necessary". Once the part arrived it still did not work. I threw away over $200 worth of food. My roommates check bounced and I was called at work and embarrassed even though my check cleared, my roommate was never called. Our one parking space, was four buildings over and the entire time I lived there the water was being worked on. We spent countless days with notices that the water would be off so "sorry for the inconvience" and when we did have running water it would often switch from extreme cold to extreme hot while showering, believe me this is not fun.
