love the size and the staff is so friendly
i did not have a washer or dryer, but they have a laundry center which is only .50 to wash & dry. they just re-did the parking area's which looks great! i hated to move but i had a job trasfer. i would let my friend know about summit oaks. very pet friendly which is very important to me. the staff has been there for a very long time which was great & they always treated me as a person not a apartment number.
