summit oaks was once a great place to live,but since they replaced a really wonderful manager with one that is VERY RUDE and not VERY bright! the place is going down hill really fast!!grounds are a mess,laundry room stinks and is very dirty,underground water pipes are always busting,water temp.changes all the time from really really hot to really cold,carports lights and outside lights hardly ever work,atleast 3 car breakins a month and mailboxes get broken into!! homeless people living in unlocked boiler rooms,they say they have a officer that lives on sight(never seen)dogs are not on leashes and poop everwhere in complex add that with the hot sun not too pleasnt of a smell.
