well let me just start out by saying that the person that wrote about "its a perfect place to get your car broke into" WAS NOT JOKING!!! I have been living here for over three years and the problem seems to get worse every year!!NO SECURITY even though they say security lives on sight.the only time i have seen the so called security is drinking with one of the maintenance guys on his patio.(what a joke!!)grounds look like crap,and speaking of crap theres dog crap every where you look,kids tagging and smoking weed by the pool and behind the 8 and 9 building,new maintenance guy (----)seems to have his thumb up his ass because he dosen't seem to know very much about maintenance and what he does know he does it half ass.and speaking of not knowing what there doing, is the manager (------) sends out 3 day notices even though you pay on time,has NO personilty at all,very rude,have no idea why they got rid of the old manager she was really sweet and took care of her residents,had thanksgiving and christmas parties for her residents,this new manager will probably just give us a lump of coal with our three days!!haha the only GOOD thing about SLUMMIT OAKS is the lead maintenance --------------- he is a really great guy and very polite and VERY hard working,unlike the rest of the staff,that REALLY needs to be replaced,because they are loosing alot of good residents including myself,when my lease is up.

i do not live at summit oaks,but i do know the manager and maintenance guy that you name,you have to give her a chance she is good at her job and that is why she has had for so long maybe you she ask your self why the old manager and maintenance is gone?i am sure that some of the post on here are real,but i think that some may be posted by bitter people that can't own what they did to no longer have a home or maybe even a job!

ok little girl next time you should let your mommy and daddy help you spell and write correctly,or do you work for Worst Choice mgt.because if so then I understand the reason for the poor grammer!!
