First, I want to start off by saying that the local manager of the apartment is excellent, and the maintenance personnel are excellent. However, the owners or supervisors above that can kiss my you know what. For the past 3 months my dishwasher and air conditioner have been broken. My garbage disposer broke a week later which rendered the sinks in the kitchen useless. Upon the third complaint a week later those were finally fixed. But, the air conditioner remained broken because of extensive damage since the unit was emplaced sometime in the last century. So, in a city who's average summer temperature ranges in the 90-100s I have suffered great anguish living inside with an average tempurature of 85 degrees. Hopefully, by the end of this week it will get fixed and cold air may once again flow from these vents but I'm not counting on it. I would not recommend living here unless the owners or supervisors or whoever is responsible for budget cutting and a lack of concern or care for the people living here changes.
