First of all never live on a property that First Choice manages. If you ever have a complaint about a property manager and you try to call First Choice they never return your phone calls. ---- is ------'s supervisor and she never returns your phone calls.
I have noticed that ----, the maintenance man is no longer here. I don't know if he was fired or what but know this, he was one of the best workers that this company ever had. Nothing gets done since he is not here.
Be aware of building 16 because it had caught fire and they are not tearing it down and rebuild from the ground. They are using a lot of the wood that got rained on and is now warped and moldy.
------ on the other hand should be fired. She is very unfriendly and speaks to residents in a very rude manner. ------ is two faced. She talks about residents to other residents and she even said that a resident there has AIDS. That is not her place to be telling other residents business. First Choice Management Company should be fired for hiring ------.
---- and ------ are both some lonely -------. They both need to be layed every now and then and they both would probably be happier.
