Ever since the new management and new owners took over, there has been so much improvement over these last few months. So much has chanced for the better.

So what if they are now doing criminal checks to new residents, that means a safer place to live. I was going to move once my lease was up til new management took over but I know I will stay.

Ever since the old management left this place is alot better, new improvements, friendlier management who listens to the residents, and really care abnout Summit Oaks.

Don't let the old comments keep you away. Stop on in. You will feel welcomed here.
