I lived at these apartments for nearly four years. Regardless of changes to the management, the location of the apts aren't that great. Right off of Loop 410 and just before the I-10/410 interchange.

Traffic in this area is pretty bad during peak times. The cost of rent is probably about right for the area.

Had my vehicle broken into 4 times while living there and I wasn't the only one, but that is common in a large city as well. Had two shootings and a couple of stabbings. But, these were just incidents I heard about. the area is not the greatest and the traffic is a pain.

The management was okay while I was there, and it has been some time since I lived there.
But, I probably would recommend living here, but you are better off renting a house, it's cheaper, or just buying a home. Which is a heck of alot cheaper, unless you are renting a one bedroom apartment.
