I have been here for about 2 years and to say this apt complex is great is a down right lie. Yes, the past management was not all that good, but the ones we have now are very unorganized, lose rent checks and money orders. Since they have been here, no significant changes been made. Groups of non-residents are partying in the parking lots. The hot water is constantly off and the heating units are old and breaking down. Vehicles parking in wrong reserved parking spaces. One time in January, my heating unit was not working and the weather was 30 degrees outside, the manager told me that if I did'nt pay my rent, which they had lost again, they would not fix it. She had regard to the welfare of my children. So, do not believe the recent comments made here about this place, I would not put it past the manager to put the those comments herself.

Oh my lady give me a break, I live at Summit Oaks and not once has the new managment lost my rent, Hand deliver it then and get your friggin reciept, if you have a problem with the non guest partying it up at night call the cops, I have witnessed non guest getting sent off property. And with the hot water someone stole the Copper out of the boiler not managements fault. They have put in a new unit so take your hot water and stick it. This is not management by the way writing this post its a resident, Give them credit, the new owner and new management came in not aware of all the crap that needed to be dealt with, all the old problems. I have had problems with the old management in the past and not once have I had problems with the new team. One thing I am going to say is my lease is up at the end of Feb and I am moving out of state, and my family and I are going to miss the new management, they have done the best they can in the amount of time they have been here, I have seen alot of improvemnts made and if its not an emergency situation it will get done, give them some time and they will get all problems solved.

I have been living in this apartments for 5 years. Before the new management took over. I had always complained about the hot water running out, the heater not working, and loss of different payments. After the new management took over, I never had to complain about any thing. The new management has made drastic changes in the complex. Summit Oaks is now a well organized and enhanced complex. Thanks to the new management who has been always giving great effort to satisfy the needs of its tenants.
