Never better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I moved in to the apts when the new owners took over. I've lived in a lot of apts and have never been happy with any of the mgt companies. The new owners are extremely friendly and do whatever they can to make your stay the best possible. This is an older complex and since they have moved in (yes, they live on the property) they have fixed water leaks and pipes, replaced all the roofs and more. I've never recommended an apt before and I will gladly recommend the Summit to everyone I know.
