All-in-All It's a Really Great Place to Live

I moved in in September, and so far it has been a plesent place to live. Parking is great as long as it is before 2:00 a.m., for all you party people. Management has been nothing but nice to my-self and My roomate. As far as the noise goes it's alright. It depends on who your neighbors are. But I do know that if there is a problem with a tenant, management is right on top of things and will do what they can to fix things. Yes, these apartments are gated, but I think they are more bothersome than helpful. There is only one way in and one way out so there is constantly people coming in/out, so if you want to get in just wait five minutes and your in. Just don't forget your gate key or let your roomate use it because getting out is harder than getting in. It makes having guest over very inconvient. The only thing about this complex that really bothers me is that the sprinklers come on every night, which is unnecessary, wastfull, and brings up the cost of your water bill. The fitness center, pool, & club house are absolutely wonderful. If I dont' renew my lease it's because I need to live closer to work not because it is a bad place to live.
