Very nice property From: runnerv1 Date posted: 3/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I am moving out soon but only because I need a better location relative to my work. New management made me nervous at first but they seem to be much more attentive to the needs of the property (new roofs and repaved the parking lots recently) The only issue I have had is with the water. The water has been off a lot during the day which is fine for most people but not when you don't work normal hours! Also every time they turn the water off you get dirty water out of the faucets the first few times you use it. Other than that I have had no issues in the year I have lived here. I think there are some parking issues on the side of the complex close to the exit but I've had no problems where my apartment is.
